Great Place to Work® PeopleGreat Place to Work® Institute Europe Palle Ellemann Knudsen Palle is responsible for the development and support of new and existing partners and affiliates across the European region, including the production of the annual European List of Best Workplaces. Palle started up the first list of Best Workplaces in Denmark in 2001. Two years later he moved to Spain to establish the Spanish affiliate office of Great Place to WorkR Institute in Barcelona. In 2005 he returned to Denmark to take responsability for the activities of the European regional office in Great Place to WorkR Institute Europe. Palle holds a Master of Science in International Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. Otto Zell Otto Zell is Vice President of Great Place to Work® Institute Europe and member of the Regional Board. He is responsible for operations, management of the European List as well as media- and affiliate contracts. Otto has joined the Great Place to Work® Team in 2002 and has been part of the elaboration of the first-ever European List of Best Workplaces in March 2003. Otto holds a Master of Economics from Trier University, Germany. Great Place to Work® Institute Inc. Erin Liberman Moran Erin Liberman Moran is the Vice President of International Operations for Great Place to Work(r) Institute. In this role, Erin is responsible for advising and overseeing the operations in 40 countries worldwide. Great Place to Work® Institute Inc. Leadership Amy Lyman Amy Lyman, Ph.D. is a co-founder, and currently Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Strategy Committee for the Great Place to Work® Institute. In addition to overseeing Research and Analysis for the Institute, Amy works with leaders and managers on the interpretation of results and the design of action plans, serving as an advisor to leaders as they seek to transform their organizations into great workplaces. She works with individuals and organizations over the long term to support the attainment of desired goals. Robert Levering Best known as co-author of Fortune's annual list of the "100 Best Companies to Work for," Robert Levering has been fascinated with the phenomenon of great workplaces for more than 20 years. Along with co-author Milton Moskowitz, Robert wrote the best-selling first book on this subject in 1984, The 100 Best Companies to Work for in America. Four years later, Robert published A Great Place to Work: What makes some employers so good - and most so bad, an in-depth study of great workplaces. He has written or coauthored six other books and dozens of articles in many international publications including the Financial Times. In 1990 Robert founded (with Amy Lyman) the Great Place to Work® Institute.
