EU Special Awards 2005

Great Place to Work^® Institute Europe honours outstanding organisations for their achievements in creating superior workplaces. A few selected workplaces among the 100 Best Workplaces in Europe 2005 received special recognition for their out-standing achievements and innovative workplace practices. This year, Special Awards were given to Workplaces in three overall Award categories:


	"Management is extremely open and honest about goals, issues and methods employed for solving specific problems. Feedback is often solicited from employees. Suggestions are welcomed! It is often this "open communication" that makes it a great place to work."
