The winner: ?What If!, UK?What If! is a consultancy helping other companies to become more innovative. It was founded in 1992 and has 116 employees in the UK. The company has various initiatives to strengthen the team feeling and camaraderie in the workplace. At Valentines Day everyone got two long stemmed Red Roses to keep or surprise a loved one, and weddings are of course also celebrated. The employees and their partners have been invited to Verona to the opera La Traviata, and in general, the spouses and families of employees are involved as much as possible. At the Parents Day, the par-ents of all employees are invited to visit the company to get an understanding of what they get up to do in the morning, and the Spouse/Friend feedback questionnaire is a way to get an understanding of whether the company really is looking after the employees. At Birthdays, everyone gets a tailor made gift, and the “Fluffy Fairy” appears in secret a couple of times a month and deposits gifts on people's desks to cheer them up if they have had a hard week or for no reason at all. |
