Workplaces in defined size (number of employees) categories achieving the highest total score received a Special Award. The results from both the employee survey scores (Great Place to Work^® Trust Index^© and the Great Place to Work^® Culture Audit^© evaluation were used to determine an overall total score for each company on the European Best Workplaces list. In three size categories, a Special Award Winner is identified.
