EU Special Awards 2004

The Great Place to Work^® Institute Europe honours outstanding organisations for their achievements in creating superior workplaces. A few selected workplaces among the 2004 100 Best in Europe received special recognition for their outstanding achievements and innovative workplace practices. This year, Special Awards were given to Workplaces in two overall Award categories:


	"I am very impressed with the management style of our senior leaders. We truly believe in building consensus when new programs or policies are necessary. We take care and effort in making sure everyone feels they have a stake in the outcome of the decision and that everyone can win. There is not a sense of "us against them" in this organization. We believe we are all in this together and practice that style of management on a consistent basis."
